Shipping Policy

  • Once you placed your order at our online store then our sale support team will send an email to confirm your order. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email then you can contact us via email at customer.service@theamericanfashion.com
  • Within 7-9 business days we ship your order, In case of custom order shipment will be done within 11-15 business days, after payment confirmation.
  • We do not deliver at PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses because we only need your complete physical addresses with contact number so our agent can contact you easily.
  • In the absence of recipient at the time of courier delivery, then recipient are request to contact the local FedEx, DHL,TNT and Express Services as soon as possible with your convenience and reschedule your order delivery with them.
